They not only help us to lose excess water and weight but ensure overall healthy functioning of our body, especially the heart, since they are rich in antioxidants. Drinking up to 4 to 5 cups per day is sure going to help you in more ways than one. Garlic too is found to be very beneficial for people who are bothered as to how to lose water weight.
